These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of renovation, construction, and related services by V3 Capital Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("Client," "you," or "your").
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
We provide the following services:
- Full home renovations
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Loft conversions
- Roofing services
- Plumbing and heating services
- House extensions
- General construction and repair work
3. Quotations and Acceptance
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of consultation
- A contract is formed when you accept our quotation in writing or by payment of deposit
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is typically required before work commences
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, cash, cheque
- Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
5. Project Timeline
- We provide estimated completion dates based on the scope of work
- Timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances
- We will notify you promptly of any delays
- Extensions of time may be granted for reasons beyond our reasonable control
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and requirements
- Ensure access to the property during agreed working hours
- Obtain necessary permissions, permits, or approvals (unless agreed otherwise)
- Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
- Remove valuables and fragile items from the work area
7. Variations and Additional Work
- Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing
- Additional work will be charged at our standard rates
- We will provide quotations for significant variations before proceeding
8. Warranties and Guarantees
- We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion
- Materials and products are covered by manufacturer warranties
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work
- Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time of discovery
9. Insurance and Liability
- We maintain public liability insurance
- We are not liable for pre-existing defects or damage not caused by our work
- Our liability is limited to the value of the contract
- Clients are responsible for insuring their property and contents
10. Cancellation and Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract with written notice
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period for contracts signed at your home
- If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be charged for work completed and materials purchased
- We reserve the right to terminate if payment terms are not met
11. Health and Safety
We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation. We will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our workers, clients, and the public during the project.
12. Complaints and Disputes
- We aim to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly
- Please contact us immediately if you have concerns
- Disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales
- We encourage mediation before pursuing legal action
13. Data Protection

14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or government restrictions.

These Terms, together with our quotation and any written variations, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
